believe that if a person has no ability

(composed in the form of letter), such person is not ready for any academic degree.

that are interested in studies in our institution.

educational documents (diplomas and transcripts for
each educational degree). Some people are not
qualified for the admission; accordingly we cannot
answer questions if we have no knowledge about
admissibility of a person.
