ADMISSION PROCESS

We may accept previous Educational Degree or completed educational courses (for transfer purposes) if educational institution conforms to the following requirements:

Educational institutions must be operating according to the Federal, State, or other Country’s legal requirements and legally authorized to provide educational services in lawful and acceptable manner; or must be exempted from such requirements based on the country's prevailing laws. Any form of exemption must be based on legal regulations.     

Educational institutions that are providing educational services corresponding to the degrees awarded.  

History of the educational institution demonstrates a stable existence that was not associated with unethical conduct, illegal activities, abuse of students, or any other form of significant negative public perception.    

History of the educational institution demonstrates a reputation in good standing for all forms of professional and business conduct.    

Official name of the institution is not closely resembling names of other legally established educational institutions operating in close proximity; and such name is not construed in the way that can create any form of confusion, misunderstanding or perception negatively affecting other educational institutions.    

HSU has unrestricted right to deny acceptance of any educational degree from any educational institution.
