Our University is an online distance learning institution of higher education where the educational process is accomplished by using modern forms of Internet communications. Our students can perform studies for any educational degree: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, Doctoral, and Ph.D.

Information about our Costs

We are not supported by any unrelated to us governments and our educational costs at present time can be considered as some of the lowest for educational institutions that are not supported by any government.

AFFORDABLE EDUCATION

Holy State University (HSU) offers affordable costs, fastest, easiest and simplest ONLINE education that is based on the progressive educational approaches. Our University can be described as a distance learning (correspondence) institution of higher education where the education process is accomplished with the use of Internet communications. Our students can perform studies for any educational degree: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, Doctoral, Ph.D.

There is no travel involved and you only need to have access to the Internet (many books and other educational materials can be located on the Internet in the form of FREE digital versions). During studies, students reside in their own Country and there is no need to pay for many additional costs that students are paying in other universities. You can study at Holy State University, save money and be free from student's loans (we have payment plans ). 

OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM HAS NO COMMERCIAL MOTIVES

Our University operates without any commercial motives and collected proceeds are used for educational purposes. Our administrative fees are not tuition costs, but costs that we need to collect from the attending students to secure the existence of Holy State University. Words "administrative fees" or "fees" are only expressions used for easy understanding. To apply the exact description, all fees are educational donations - in exchange, students attend, study, and receive educational degrees from Holy State University.

HOW OUR FEES ARE CALCULATED

Please note that Academic Year is different from the Calendar Year. Each educational year for the degree program has a designated number of credits received after successful completion of the required courses.

Students may request to use 30 credits per year (also called in our University as "North American System") or 60 credits per year system (ECTS credits) that we are calling "International" or "European System". Academic study-hours are identical in both systems. See our page: "Educational Credits"

If a student lives in a country that uses an educational system with 60 credits per academic year (ECTS credits), it would be helpful for a student to use the same approach in our University (because use of a system with 30 credits per academic year may create some confusion).

COSTS PER PROGRAM (we are using this approach for almost all programs) 

For many of our programs, we are using "COSTS PER PROGRAM" approach (administrative fees applied for the entire program and no other educational costs involved).

COSTS PER ACADEMIC YEAR (we are not using this approach at present time)  

To apply equal cost (assessed fees) per academic year, for some of our programs we can use "COSTS PER ACADEMIC YEAR" approach (administrative fees applied for each academic year, expressed in the number of required credits). Costs per academic year are the same with 30 credits or 60 credits (ECTS) per academic year system. System with 30 credits per academic year would not give any financial advantage.

COSTS PER EDUCATIONAL CREDIT (not used in our place at present time)

Despite the fact that many countries are assessing educational costs as costs per year, in the United States it is extremely popular to apply educational costs based on each educational credit, or each course. Accordingly, you may see some costs expressed as COST PER EACH EDUCATIONAL CREDIT. In this case, a person needs to multiply cost per each educational credit by the number of required educational credits.

The best feature of education in Holy State University is the fact that students pay only a portion of tuition costs (representing administrative fees) compared to most other private universities.

Holy State University offers students a similar form of education as in many other educational places, but for the fraction of the costs that are charged in many other universities.

Installment payment plans available

Student can make payments according to the agreed payment plan. Payments are made in the form of pre-payment. Student can interrupt studies for the time when student has financial difficulties and cannot make payments. The same costs to the time of graduation

YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME EDUCATIONAL COSTS AS AT THE TIME OF THE ADMISSION.

YOUR FEES WILL REMAIN THE SAME TO THE TIME OF GRADUATION (This rule only applies for the people that are graduating in the acceptable time-frames customary used for each degree program).

Administrative Fees are the only educational fees that students are paying

There are NO other tuition costs

PLEASE NOTE: Administrative fees (educational costs) are not additional fees, but the only costs. There are no additional tuition costs.

Educational Costs (expressed in USD)

There is no need for students to have the United States Dollars. Students are using their own monetary currency, but during payment processing selects an option to make payment in the United States Dollars. Transferring Bank or Credit Card Company converts local monetary currency into the U.S. Dollars.

 

Administrative Fees are the only fees that students pay for the educational part.

 

Optional fees would apply only for optional services and for optional documents.

 

Mailing costs, Apostilles, State Certifications, US Department of State Certifications, Embassy legalizations are not included in educational costs (must be paid separately).

 

Financial difficulties

 

Educational services can be suspended for the time when a student is unable to make payments. Degrees will be awarded and graduation documents would be issued ONLY when students will fulfill all financial obligations.

 

If you are planning interruption in studies because of financial or other reasons, you can inform us about your reasons and can stop payments for the period of inactivity in studies.

When you are ready to make a payment (after your application and all documents are approved), you may use one of the payment methods posted on the page "PAYMENT CENTER"

Payments must be made with a stipulation that the receiving side (we) will receive payment in the United States dollars. Usually students use their own currency that is converted to the U.S. Dollars during the submission of payment - just tell your bank that payment must be received in the United States Dollars.
