Checks and Money Orders 

(only for students located in the United States)

Personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders should be made payable to Holy State University. Checks must be made in the U.S. Dollars and must be originating from the U.S. banks. We are not accepting checks made in foreign currency or checks from non U.S. banks.    

DO NOT SEND CASH

Please note that U.S. banks may have satellite offices in different Countries, but these offices (with the same name) usually are organized as different companies under the laws of different Countries and such banks (having the same name as the U.S. banks) are considered to be non U.S. banks (if your account is not physically located in the United States).

Mailing payment to our Bank "Mail Center"

(request address when you are ready to make a payment)

- No fees will be applied for this form of payment. Checks, cashiers checks and money orders must be made in the U.S. Dollars and must be originating from the U.S. banks. We are not accepting checks made in foreign currency or from non U.S. banks.

Student is responsible for any fees assessed by our bank for not honored personal checks.

HOW TO AVOID PROCESSING FEES

You can avoid payment of processing fees in the following situations:

Mail check/money order to our mailing center or directly to our Bank's "mail-in" payment center [please request instructions - where to send your check/money order]. This option available only for the United States residents that are using checks or money orders issued and supported by the U.S. banks. This form of payment can be used for any payment amounts.

Visit any branch of our bank (in any place of the United States) and make a deposit into our bank account.
